Durable Metal Roofs to Enhance Your Curb Appeal

The roof of your home can have a dramatic effect on your home's curb appeal. We can help you find the roof you want and make sure it fits your home. A metal roof, sometimes referred to as a steel or tin roof, uses materials made from metal pieces or tile. Primarily made of steel or aluminum, it is very lightweight and coated with a metallic coating to prevent rust. Today, steel is the most recycled product on our planet.

What are the benefits?

Durable and beautiful metal roofing

Durable and Beautiful Metal Roof.

Metal roofs are durable enough to protect homes from extreme weather conditions. A metal roof completely seals out water, high winds, and snow. It is resistant to fire, mildew, insects, and rot. Metal roofs are given a Class A fire rating, which is the most resistant, because they are noncombustible. A metal roof has a higher heat reflectivity than other roofing products and during the summer a metal roof will reflect sunlight away from your home, reducing the amount of heat into your house and your cooling costs. During the winter months, a metal roof will reflect the heat inside your house back into the building from the underside of the roof, therefore reducing heating costs.
